Alexandria keeps the notes, tasks and documents on your e-ink tablet in sync, searchable and processed: handwriting you can actually find later, without giving up the device -- or devices -- you like writing on.
You can run Alexandria Server yourself on your own machine or cloud account, or let us host a private library for you. Every hosted customer gets an isolated library and database; nothing is shared between customers.
Hosted accounts are currently by invitation while we finish device integration. We email you only for invitations and password resets; Stripe sends payment receipts. We don't send marketing email.
Billing. Hosted Alexandria is a monthly subscription, billed in US dollars through Stripe. During the invite-only preview, your price is included with your invitation.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime from your account page. You won't be charged again, and your hosted library stays available until the end of the period you've paid for. Ending a subscription never deletes your library; if you want it deleted, just ask (see Privacy).
Refunds. Not happy? Email hello@aragonite.app within 14 days of any charge for a full refund of that charge. After 14 days we don't refund partial months, but you can cancel anytime so you're never billed again.
Questions about a charge. If something on your statement looks wrong, contact us first at hello@aragonite.app. We reply within two business days, and we'll sort it out.

This site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Hosted accounts store your email address, a password hash and your library contents. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Email is sent through Amazon SES only for account operations. You can ask us to delete your account and library at any time; we'll complete it within 30 days. Payment records are kept by Stripe as required by law.
